Your workspace
- How do I invite my team?
Workspace admins can invite people from Settings → Team and choose what each person can do.
- Can Ember support look at my workspace to help?
Only if you let us. A workspace admin can grant support access under Settings → Support access, view-only or with changes allowed, for a set number of days. You can revoke it at any time, and everything support does is labelled and logged.
- I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to choose a new one.
Developers
- Where do I get an API key?
Developers and admins can create keys under Settings → API keys. Each key is shown once, so copy it somewhere safe. The API reference is at /docs/api.
