- Why don't agents count as seats?
We want you to try AI agents without doing sums. Agents are limited by API usage per plan instead, which grows with you.
- Can I bring my contacts?
Yes. Import a CSV from a spreadsheet or another CRM; Ember matches the columns and checks for duplicates before saving.
- Who sends my emails?
Bellow, The Smithy's email service, built for reliable delivery. Replies go straight to your own inbox.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
Export your contacts as CSV whenever you like. Deleting a workspace deletes its data.
